SHIPPING & PICK UP INFORMATION

All sales are final - we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our merchandise is carefully selected, but please understand that the items are pre-loved, which is the nature of consignment.

Please note: all items for sale on our website are also for sale on our shop floor during store hours. We cannot guarantee an item will be available for purchase at any time, either in store or online. While we do our best to update our website as quickly as possible, there is a chance an item may sell in our store before we receive your order. If this happens, we will immediately cancel your order and issue a full refund.

PICK UP

Furniture and home decor are pick up ONLY (shipping is not available for furniture and home decor/household items). All other items can be shipped or picked up.

Furniture/home decor must be picked up from the location in which it's located. These items cannot be transferred between stores for pick up. Please refer to the information on the product description of the item you ordered to see which location the furniture/home decor is located for you to pick it up.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your items to be available for pick up. A text/email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up.

All items must be picked up within 48 hours of sent pick up notification.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK UP:

PICK UP TIMES

Woodstock: Mon-Sat 10am - 5:30pm

Smyrna: Mon-Sat 10am - 5:30pm

1. Bring your ID

2. Bring your confirmation email

3. If you are picking up heavy furniture that requires more than one person to load, please bring a helper. For your health and ours, our staff will not be assisting with the heavier items that require 2 people since they would not be able to maintain the required 6 ft distance.

4. Must pick up item(s) within 48 hours.

SHIPPING

All items can be shipped except for furniture & home decor/household items (pick up only).

We will do our very best to ship your items from our store within 48 business hours after payment is received. Payment received after our store business hours, during a weekend, or on a holiday will be considered as having been received the next business day.

We offer domestic shipping only. We do not ship internationally.

There is a 6% tax, both on the product as well as the shipping, as required by the state of Georgia.
