Shipping policy
PICK UP & RETURN INFORMATION
All sales are final - we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our merchandise is carefully selected, but please understand that the items are pre-loved, which is the nature of consignment.
Please note: all items for sale on our website are also for sale on our shop floor during store hours. We cannot guarantee an item will be available for purchase at any time, either in store or online. While we do our best to update our website as quickly as possible, there is a chance an item may sell in our store before we receive your order. If this happens, we will immediately cancel your order and issue a full refund.
PICK UP
Furniture is pick up ONLY (shipping is not available or transferring of items to either store locations).
Furniture must be picked up from the location in which it's located. These items cannot be transferred between stores for pick up. Please refer to the information on the product description of the item you ordered to see which location the furniture/home decor is located for you to pick it up.
You will have 2 business days to pick up your furniture item(s). If your purchase is not picked up within the 2 business days, you will receive a phone call. If we do not hear from you at that time, we will reconsign your item(s). From there you will have to create an account with us and then you will receive a percentage of what the item(s) sell for when they resell.
All items must be picked up within 2 business days of sent pick up notification.

Pick up times
Woodstock: Mon thru Sat 10am - 5pm
Smyrna: Mon thru Sat 10am - 5pm
1. Bring your ID. ID must match the name on the order.
2. Bring your confirmation email
3. If you are picking up heavy furniture that requires more than one person to load, please bring a helper.
4. Must pick up item(s) within 48 hours. Please check the location of each item.
