PICK UP INFORMATION

All sales are final - we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our merchandise is carefully selected, but please understand that the items are pre-loved, which is the nature of consignment.

Please note: all items for sale on our website are also for sale on our shop floor during store hours. We cannot guarantee an item will be available for purchase at any time, either in store or online. While we do our best to update our website as quickly as possible, there is a chance an item may sell in our store before we receive your order. If this happens, we will immediately cancel your order and issue a full refund.

PICK UP

Furniture is pick up ONLY (shipping and transferring items between stores is not available for furniture). Once you receive your receipt email, you will then have 2 business days to pick up your item(s).

If your item is not picked up within 48 hours, then we will give you a reminder call. If we do not hear from you, the item(s) will be placed on a store account to be resold and you will receive a percentage of what the item(s) sell for on that account. There you will then need to sign a consignor agreement form to make an account with us, and then that money for what it sold for the second time will be transferred to your consignor account. 

Furniture must be picked up from the location in which it's located. These items cannot be transferred between stores for pick up. Please refer to the information on the product description of the item you ordered to see which location the furniture/home decor is located for you to pick it up.

All items must be picked up within 48 hours of sent pick up notification.

Woodstock: Mon-Sat 10am - 5:00pm

Smyrna: Mon-Sat 10am - 5:00pm

1. Bring your ID

2. Bring your confirmation email

3. If you are picking up heavy furniture that requires more than one person to load, please bring a helper.

4. Must pick up item(s) within 48 hours.
